Kim was a wonderful resource for planning our river cruise vacation. We gave her our thoughts on what we were interested in, as well as our available dates, and she presented numerous options for us to select from. She gave us her recommendations on the options, and the result was a fantastic and enjoyable vacation!

Everything you could ever expect and more!
Kim helped us tremendously from choosing the best hotel, transfers,
excursions, walkable beaches and numerous other tips to make our trip the most perfect trip ever! Lomas travel was as wonderful as Kim said it would be.
My husband went on an enjoyable fishing trip where he caught the biggest fish on the boat. There were travelers from all over the world with him, all had an exciting day.
Our concierge Dennys also helped us book a private transfer and tour of the Mayan ruins of Coba.
The couples sky massage was unlike any I have ever had. The beauty and peacefulness will always be remembered. We moved to the Palafitos for the last few days of our stay. Kim was correct in her description of them. I have never felt so relaxed, pampered and overwhelmed of the beauty of a resort. Our personal butlers Alma and Ricardo were more than fantastic.
Upon our departure we were shocked to see a stretch Lincoln Navigator as our transportation waiting for us. Can't wait until we return again.

Excellent adventures and creative problem solving
Kim has done a wonderful job finding great and unique trips for our family of six. She communicates well and on this last trip there was an issue with the ship that caused the trip to get cancelled. She and her team worked incredibly hard to get us a new trip on extreme short notice and work everything out to our benefit.
It is one thing to get everything right on the front end, but where it really counts is when something unexpected happens. It is great to know Kim is there for us!
