Excellent adventures and creative problem solving

Kim has done a wonderful job finding great and unique trips for our family of six. She communicates well and on this last trip there was an issue with the ship that caused the trip to get cancelled. She and her team worked incredibly hard to get us a new trip on extreme short notice and work everything out to our benefit.

It is one thing to get everything right on the front end, but where it really counts is when something unexpected happens. It is great to know Kim is there for us!
